[담당업무] Job Description: Act as head of People, Organization and Operation in ********** Seoul. This person establishes HR processes and implements programs and policies while providing consultation to CEO and leaders of these business on all aspects of talent management including recruiting and hiring, development and retention programs, compensation and succession planning, and ********** culture.
This person will aim to create and maintain best appropriate people and organization to our business and vision.
Summary of Roles:
{HR management} - Organization; Organization planning/ restructuring/ efficiency & flow monitoring - Recruiting; JD, Searching firm contact, posting jobs, reviewing resume, reference check, interview & interview arrangement, group approval, offer letter & salary negotiation, potential candidate pool maintenance - Orientation; induction program (HR policy, documentation, mentoring, profile 등), probation management - Internship; Internship program, interview & evaluation, 서류, hiring process 등 - Performance evaluation; Organize Performance evaluation process & structure Review all Performance evaluation data and conversion to salary, incentive, promotion decision Development/ career planning & implementation (top performer & low performer) - Promotion; promotion evaluation, Group approval and communication - Retention; Issue definition and solution, problem management, correction planning, team monitoring, assessment & employee satisfaction survey - separation/ Lay-off; Legal issue, related communication & documentation, check-list confirm, etc

[자격요건] Qualifications/ Skills and Knowledge Requirements:
- Passion for leading and supporting people - Successful track record as a HR generalist with 10 or more years of relevant experience - Excellent organizational skills and interpersonal skills, including ability to resolve disputes and observe confidentiality - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
