[담당업무]
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
To lead visual identity project by generating/ executing great ideas and designs and to be capable of working very dynamically with multidisciplinary teams to create world changing brands
- To take project leadership on assigned clients/ projects - plan & allocate resources, deliver the result in proper way, and etc.
- To lead and direct team members - develop design concepts and solutions based on the creative briefs and clients’ business strategy. To execute and produce design communications for diverse media (Print, Web, Packaging, Signage, Digital) to be a mentor of junior designers.
- To make sure team spirit is sound and healthy and always ready to works through great teamwork.
- To ensure deadlines and budgets of the assigned project are accurate and followed.
- To communicate daily project progress with the clients, and if needed, to deliver presentations of our creative output to the clients.
- To fulfill client needs under the direction of Creative Director.
- To develop strategy to win new business opportunity, To prepare proposals/ pitches.
- To evaluate, develop and coach designers within the team.
- Participate in external activities as a source of inspiration and for continued growth.
* 담당 임원에게 보고하고 작은 project는 PT를 포함한 모든 project수행을 in charge
[자격요건]
Skills and Attributes:
- Exceptional creative talent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong presentation skills, internally and externally
- Good understanding of brand strategy and verbal branding.
- Pro-active, dedicated and flexible in time-allocations and approach
- Experienced in all current design programs
- Great sense of humor
- 7+ years experience
* 브랜드디자인 인더스트리(인터브랜드, 인피니트, 소디엄파트너스, 디자인파크, 브랜드이미지, 토탈임팩트, 브랜드앤컴퍼니, JOH, CDR, CD’s, 브랜드메이저, Lippincott, Landor, BrandImage, Future Brand, Pentagram 등)의 경험이 작게라도 있어야 함
* 10년 전후 경력자 선호
* 나이는 75~85년생 정도
* 브랜드디자인, 커뮤니케이션디자인 실무 경력에 BI 등을 광고에 적용한 경험이 3년 이상 자
