The Role:
Given the stage of growth of the Korea business, a key aspect of the role will be working with the MD to establish and executing a strategy roadmap to develop a full business development and to lead marketing/ PR communication. This would include the following:
- Reactive business development (incoming enquiries)
- Proactive business development (setting targets and approach).
- Account management process (existing clients)
- Marketing of *********** capabilities (Best Global Brands, Best Korean Brands, BGB, Brand Letter, facebook, blog and etc.)
- PR (promotion of key clients, products and personal). Traditional and digital channels

New Business:
The role will look to lead and strengthen our business development capabilities. This involves co-leading (with the Managing Director and the EXCO team) the overall growth of the business by seeking out new potential client relationships and growing existing client relationships within local markets, the broader Asia region and around the network, where appropriate. This includes advancing our pipeline of new business as well as establishing a more rigorous and consistent management of our client accounts, ensuring that they are efficient, effective and well led.

Specifically, the role relating to new business would be as follows:

Proactive;
- To manage the new business initiative including: directing (and carrying out) prospecting activity and target choices; working to develop suitable approaches, creating proper follow up and collateral materials; and monitoring/ evaluating the effectiveness of the function
- To proactively work with project teams (strategy and design) to identify possible new business streams from existing client business
- To proactively work with the strategy and design teams to target/ develop new product opportunities.
- To write credentials presentations and proposals.
- To establish an effective database system this tracks both existing and potential clients.
- To, where possible, work with the wider ********** Group, in particular across the Asia Pacific office network
- To oversee and manage the internal reporting and analysis of all new business

Reactive;
- To work with the Strategy team to develop and successfully implement qualifying criteria those are suitable to apply to potential ********** clients
- To ensure that those qualifying criteria are applied consistently across all channels of potential new business
- To develop and implement systematic approaches to addressing Requests for Proposals (RFP’s) both to optimize the potential success of these proposals and maximize the efficiency with which they are produced
- To proactively work with project teams (strategy and design) to identify possible new business streams from existing client business
- To work with the Directors of each discipline (Strategy and Design) to allocate new business opportunities to the appropriate resource
- To be the initial client contact for a significant number of business opportunities at initial meeting or chemistry meeting stage;
- To lead and engage in client pitches and key milestone presentations of the project as deemed appropriate to build the relationship and further business opportunity;
- To, where possible, work with the wider ********** Group, in particular across the Asia Pacific office network
- To oversee and manage the internal reporting and analysis of all new Business


Account Management:
This would include working with the strategy and design teams in identifying and creating IP to help the key client relationship holders further develop their relationships.

Marketing:
********** has a significant reputation both within its sector and more widely. This has been built over more than three decades since ********** was founded.
The role of the Client Services Director relating to marketing would be as follows
- To set strategy and manage PR/ Communications, maintaining and enhancing the relationships that ********** enjoys with outside media
- To foster the ********** Thought Leadership reputation by promoting **********’* publishing activities ? both through book publishing, but also via the publication of papers and articles by leading practitioners in the business
- To plan and execute an annual PR programmed for ********** that is reflective of **********’s (our) culture and brand personality and to successfully target influential invitees to these events;
? To utilize all channels including establishing a digital communications strategy
? To capitalize on **********’s appearances at conferences and seminars (utilizing senior colleagues), including the Best Global Brands, Best Korean Brands, Brand Value Forums and similar initiatives.

[자격요건]
경력 15년 정도를 기준하고, 15년~18년 이사, 그 이상 상무급 (조정가능성 있음)
무엇보다 client와 branding/ business 관련된 대화를 자신있게 할 수있고 client의 hidden needs를 파악하고 조율하여
new business의 성공을 만들어내고, 장기 client로 좋은 관계를 형성해 나가면서 관리할 수 있는 능력을 1번으로 고려함.

The successful candidate is likely to have several years’ experience within either an agency or consulting environment. They will have proven ability in new business prospecting and building client relationships, and the intellectual stature and authority to cover all aspects of the consultancy practice areas.

In particular, they will have sophisticated communication skills, both in large and small scale meetings, and excellent writing ability. They will also have a highly developed commercial sensibility. The culture of ********** is friendly and supportive, but also quite intense and hands-on, and a positive, can do attitude is essential.

In summary, the candidate should have/ be;

Finally, the successful candidate will need to demonstrate strong leadership skills.

This is a senior role in the organization, and the role demands that the candidate lead the way in creating a culture of knowledge obsession, talent development and fun!

This will include working with the Managing Director to identify, attract, mentor and retain our top talent. In addition, you shall co-lead the efforts towards collaboration and teamwork across our multi-disciplinary approach and across offices and regions and make it a priority to maintain a culture around our company’s core values ? intelligent, imaginative and inspiring.
