[담당업무] {Overall Description} ******** is planning to expand and reform our service focusing on Creating Optimal Experience. And in line with that, we will build a new organization for implementation (creating optimal experience) during 2Q of 2015. This position will be the first hire and the foundation member of this team and its service. {Key Tasks and Responsibilities} - To introduce Implementation for Brand Experience 1. Market research on branding/ marketing implementation firms including digital marketing 2. To identify our focus (at initial stage) and potential partners with IB 3. Expansion of IB service by adding/ mixing implementation offerings by revising/ repackaging our product in respect of COE 4. Standard proposal(s) for implementation development 5. To proactively work with project teams (strategy, verbal and design) to identify possible new implementation opportunity 6. To approach to the client 7. Internal sharings and others
- To Execute Brand Implementation 1. Plan and set up a project team for project execution utilizing internal & external resources- actual communications (Ads, PR, and etc), on-line/ off-line events, PR, digital campaigns, digital (social) marketing, retail marketing and etc. 2. Execute brand implementation projects 3. Working with our Planning and business development team, Build reputation on COE by utilizing our successful cases 4. And others
[자격요건] {Qualifications} - 7~10 years of Brand implementation including most of the below activities: 1. General marketing communications 2. Advertising, PR (including new media) 3. Online/ offline marketing Event 4. Media planning (including digital) 5. Digital/ social marketing - More than 3 years of agency/ consultancy experience - Creative problem-solver - Skilled in project management and leading outside partners. - Good presentation, verbal, and written communication skills. - Strong team player and demonstrated ability to multi-task. - Energetic, pro-active, self-motivated, and ambitious. - Thrives in entrepreneurial environment.
