1. Job Responsibilities:
- Management of Interior Design and construction work related with shop opening
renovation of and Brand's Interior partial renovation
2. Essential Job Functions:
1) Management of Shilla's overal Interior design and construction
- Management of local design company and construction company
- Concept Design, Design Development, Construction and Shop drawing reveiw
- Schedule, Budget Management
- Communication with CAG facility team
2) Management of Brand Renovation in the shop
- Communication with Brand interior Team
- Release Design Guideline and Confirmation for Brand Design
- Schedule, Budget Management
3) Management of Maintenance
- Management of Contractor for maintenance related with interior work.
[자격요건]
- With at least 3~5 years Interior in retail industry is preferred
- Require working knowledge of Interior design and construction
- Independent, Self motivated, team player and able to work under pressure
- Communication skills
- Proficient in English/ Speaking Chinese in preferred
- Proficient in MS Office
- Proficient in Auto CAD and Photo Shop
