[담당업무]
Job responsibilities:
- In charge of designated brands’performance: sales, COGS, DC rate, inventory level
- Specially in charge of Korean cosmetics brands + other brands
- Report to merchandising manager and General Manager
- Work closely with HQ buyer in Seoul office for final decision making
- Plan and execute category management, budgeting/ordering, price management, in-store promotion
[자격요건]
싱가포르법인에서 Buyer중에서 K-Cos 담당 Buyer를 한국인으로 채용.
주요 상품 및 Vendor 담당자들이 한국인이다 보니, 한국인으로 영어나 중국어가 능통한 사람을 원함.
한국에 있는 화장품 회사(아모레, LG생건 등)출신이나, 유통업체 Buyer 경력자 선호.
경력 4~6년 급의 예상 처우는 월 3,500 SGD ~ 4,500 SGD 정도 이며,
1년 만근時, 1개월치의 급여인 AWS(Annuanl Wage Supplement)도 지급
(한화로 환산시, 약 3,800만 원~4,800만 원 수준, 성과급 제외).
Job description:
- Performance assessment
* Monitor/ analyzes performance from diverse perspectives: sales, category mix, customer mix, market trend, etc.
* Provides in-depth report to management
- Category management:
* Planning of category/ brand layout based upon performance analysis
* Brand listing and de-listing
* New-brand development through market research
* Private brand development
- Terms and conditions
* Involves in negotiating terms and conditions of each brand with merchandising manager: margin, rebate,
no. of BA’s, CAPEX, etc.
* Provides back data and simulation for negotiation
- Budgeting and Ordering
* Sales forecasting by category>brand>SKU level which should be confirmed by merchandising manager
* Budgeting and ordering by SKU level on monthly basis which entails shipment management
* Work with ERP system: up loading PO, listing new SKU’s, etc.
- Price management: manage retail price of each item at the competitive level
* Monitoring and adjusting retail price of each SKU
* Executes price research regularly and provides report if needed
- Communicate with brand for planning and execution of in-store marketing promotion,
first/ exclusive product development, etc.
- Communicate with other operation teams for merchandising excellence
* Communicate with marketing team for sales promotion, on-line sales improvement, etc.
* Communicate with logistics for timely flow of inventory
- All above processes are to be fully agreed and confirmed with HQ buyers in Seoul office to make sure
all the final decisions aligned with company’s vision
Requirement:
- BA or higher education preferably in merchandising related major
- 3+years of experience in merchandising.
Experience in major travel retail companies or Korean cosmetics brands is preferred: DFS, Amore Pacific, etc.
- Fluency in English and Korean
- SAP system operation experience preferred
